 Nancy Clark, EA, MAcc is the founder of Clark Tax and Accounting.  She brings more than 15 years of experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and advisory services, helping individuals and small businesses feel confident and in control of their finances.

As an Enrolled Agent, Nancy is federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS. She supports clients with tax preparation, bookkeeping, tax planning, and IRS notices or audits—always with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and reducing stress.

Before starting her firm, Nancy worked as a Controller and as a Senior Tax and Accounting Manager at a CPA firm. That background shaped her practical, down‑to‑earth approach and her commitment to making taxes and accounting easier to understand.

Nancy’s goal is simple: provide reliable guidance year‑round so clients can make informed decisions and build long‑term financial stability.
